Ray is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our staffing services. Before becoming part of Managed Staffing, he occupied roles such as a recruiter, VP of Business Development, and Director of Recruiting at Adea, serving for a span of 13 years. On a daily basis, Ray oversees all operations of the company.
Seema is our President. She earned her MBA in 1996 and was previously a marketing consultant and registered investment advisor for H. D. Vest, a financial services brokerage firm in Dallas. She has been directing marketing and strategy at Managed Staffing since its spin-off from Adea in 2007.
Financial manager of more than 10 years, providing financial oversight in reporting, banking, insurance, metrics and company certifications. Develops and reviews projections, grants, contracts, insurance requirements and other client related communications. Proven skills in financial reporting, planning and analysis, strategic planning, coordination, troubleshooting, design and improvement of operations through policies that promote a team-based work atmosphere, superior client service, and a positive result for the corporate bottom line.
Saros, with a remarkable tenure of 17 years at Managed Staffing, serves as General Manager, overseeing the holistic operation of the company, including strategic planning, financial stewardship, and team development. He also leads the Talent Acquisition strategy, managing full life-cycle recruitment functions for prestigious clients in the US and India. With a proven track record, Saros has successfully delivered contingent workforce solutions across diverse industries.
Gaby Bish is a human resource professional with over 30 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management. Gaby’s professional experience includes executive level management, strategic program management, training, employee development, resource and budget forecasting, organizational development, and employee relations. Currently, Gaby Bish serves as the Human Resources Director, SPHR, for Managed Staffing Inc and its group of companies. In this role, Gaby supports all functions related to Human Resources, leading a staff of 10, who manage all areas of on-boarding, benefits, risk management, worker’s compensation, and more.
With over 17 years of experience in Managed Staffing, Guhan has honed his skills in handling various aspects of the recruitment process. Throughout his career, he has efficiently managed databases, provided administrative support, and excelled in HR-related tasks. Guhan’s expertise extends to offering dedicated support to VMS/MSP clients, acting as a signatory, and maintaining effective communication with both employees and management.
